Angarak asked him that he wants to be associated with Lord Ganesha’s name for forever. Lord Ganesha granted his wish. Then onwards Sankashti on tuesday is known as “Angarika Chaturthi” or “Angarika Ganesh Chaturthi”. Thus Angarak name associated with God Ganesha.
