one may be wondering as devotion is of only one type and that is devotion itself but as per Bhagavad Gita Bhakti is of the following types:
Keertana Bhakti: Keertana means singing, i.e one can show their devotion by singing songs or poems on God. They sing aloud and show their devotion. Ex: Thyagaraya,Annamayya,Ramadasu,Purandharadasu etc.
Sravana Bhakti: Sravana means listening, i.e one can show their devotion by listening to deeds of God. By listening they are completely occupied by the Gods deeds. Ex:Gopikas and Rukmini.
PaadasevaBhakti: Paada means foot seva means serving, i.e. by doing padaseva also one can show his bhakti. Ex:Bharat,Laxmana
Smarana Bhakti: Smarana is nothing but remembering or keep reciting the name of the God. Ex: Narada,Tumbura,Prahalada etc.
Archana Bhakti: Archana means praying god with mantras. One can show his bhakti by reciting the names of the God.
Ex: Kannapaa,nandi,Ekalavyudu.
Vandana Bhakti: vandana is to greet. Showing ones devotion by doing Vandana. Most of the humans are a part of this.
Dasya Bhakti: Dasya is servent. One can show their devotion by being like a servent. Ex: Hanuman,Garuthmanthudu.
Sneha Bhakti: Sneha mean friendship, one can show their devotion by being great friends. Ex: Sugreeva, Vibhishana
Atmanivedana Bhakti: Atma is the soul and nivedana is the offering, one can show their devotion by offering their soul.
Ex: Arjuna,Kubera.
