Pradosham is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is observed on the thirteenth day of every Paksham. Devotees observe fast on this day. In the evening sunset time perform Special pradosh puja and then break the fast. Soma Pradosham is considered very important. Pradosham which falls on Somavara (Monday) is Soma Pradosham.
