lord Jagannath along with Subadhra and Balabadhra
The jagannath rath yatra in secunderabad will be conducted by ISCKON on 20th June 2012.
The route as announced by ISCKON is that it will start at secunderabad ISCKON temple at 1:30 pm and concludes at classic gardens balamrai at 5:30pm. There will be devotees who will be singing and dancing through the entire route of the yatra.After the yatra there will the normal pooja and offering of the chappan bhog to jagannath.
At 9:00pm there will be sayan aarati
“Participants will join the celebrations, performing their traditional dances and singing bhajans along the way,” said Shashikant Agarwal, Convenor, Rath Yatra.
More than 700 volunteers are expected to be a part of this yatra.
