Bonalu festival (jatara) is held on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thurdsdays during Ashada masam in Telangana Region. Ghatotsavam, Kolupu Potharaju Bali, Rangam and Saganamputa (farewell) are the important rituals of bonalu festival.
