Pradosham is observed on Trayodashi day of each paksha i.e two in a month, one in a Krishna paksha and another in a Sukla paksha of every month. Pradosh fast is observed by devotees of Lord Siva on this aspicious day.
The Pradosh worship is to be done in the evening during the twilight period. This Vrat is observed to get rid of all sins that are done in the past.
