Chandra Grahan On 28th November 2012

Chandra Grahan is earth shadow on the moon. When the Earth enters between the Sun and the Moon, the Earth casts its shadow on the Moon producing a Lunar Eclipse.  During the chandra Grahan moon light  is darkened temporarily.  It occurs on a purnima day when the Moon is directly opposite to the Sun.

A Penumbral Lunar Eclipse is going to take place on 28th November, 2012. It is visible Europe, East Africa, Asia, Australia and the Pacific. This Lunar eclipse will take place in Rohini Nakshatra and Vrishabha Rashi.
