Tirumala Tirupati Brahmotsavam dates 2012

The Brahmotsavam Dates of Tirumala Tirupati  Devasthanam for 2012 are as follows

18th September 2012 to 26th September 2012

15th October 2012 to 23rd october 2012

Brahmotsavam Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) are the most auspicious festival organised by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. Brahmotsavam means the festival that is conducted by Brahma. Brahma first conducted Brahmotsavam at Tirumala, showing gratitude to Lord Venkateshwara for taking care of the mankind. It is believed that all the Gods in all the worlds attend the Bhramotsavam, at Tirumala. Below is the schedule for Brahmotsavam at Tirumala conducted by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD).

This year 2012 the Brahmotsavam is conduced twice due to the Adhika Masam. Whenever there is a Adhika Masam the Brahmotsavam is conducted twice once in September and the other in the normal Aswayuja Masam.

    Thanks for the information. I was not clear how could there be two Brahmotsavams. I thought I was misguided, but with this information it appears clear.
