Sankashti Chaturthi vrat is celebrated on fourth day after the full moon in each lunar month.This Vrat is dedicated to God Ganesha. Devotees observe fast on Sankashti Chaturthi day. They break their fast after chandrodaya (Moon rise). They perform special pujas and rituals on this day.
